 Arizona's Bridal & Formal is pleased to introduce an exciting new program and we need your help. We are looking for classy, bright young women to be on the new Arizona's Bridal & Formal Fashion Team. We will select one Fashion Team member from each high school.
What's In It For You:- Every Team Member will get a dress for PROM 2011 absolutely FREE. That means you can pick any PROM dress from Arizona's Bridal Warehouse for next year's PROM without paying a dime for it.
- You will have a blast modeling exciting new prom dresses in our 8th annual fashion show.
What Being a Fashion Team Member Entails:- You pass out Arizona's Bridal & Formal Prom Catalogs
- You will model and participate in a local fashion show on February 17, 2011.
How To Become a Fashion Team Member:
- Download the application form
- You may either print it out for completion by hand, or you may fill it out online before printing. Make sure it is filled out completely.
- Return application to us along with a reference letter from someone who is not related to you, two photos of yourself (1 close up and 1 full length), and the completed Name List. Applications are due in our office by November 19, 2010.
- New Fashion Team members will be notified at the end of January 2011.
- The fashion show will take place on February 17, 2011 at 8:00pm.
